At the end of the year, our Managing Director Thomas Gilch and owner Wilhelm Sturm gave all employees a brief overview of what they had achieved together in the past year at an information event.

They provided information about investments and innovations that had been made as well as the future business direction and plans for the coming year. With great praise, each employee received a small gift with a personally signed thank-you card from our Managing Director as a small token of appreciation.
