Mass finishing

Mass finishing (barrel finishing) can be used to process small components in medium and large quantities simultaneously and effectively. Deburring, edge rounding and polishing are the most common applications. We can also matt, descale and clean your products using the mass finishing process.

An overview of our service portfolio:

  • Processing: with ceramic abrasive media and additives in a rotary container with a diameter of up to 2.5 metres
  • Friction-induced material removal: On the outer and inner contours of the components
  • Max. Component size: 450 mm x 300 mm
