Mechanical processing, forming or thermal effects such as laser cutting can deform metals. This results in unwanted unevenness, transverse waves or stresses in the material. At the same time, ever tighter tolerances and high-strength materials are presenting the industry with growing challenges. The demands placed on the material are increasing.

- Correction of deformations: Unevenness, transverse waves and stresses are eliminated by using the roller leveller
- High dimensional accuracy: Our processes ensure compliance with increasingly tight tolerances in the range of 0.1 mm
- Wide range of materials: We straighten blanks and laser blanks made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Maximum part size: up to 1,600 mm wide and up to 20 mm thick
