Welding is a group of joining processes used to permanently join different materials. At our company, we offer various welding processes that are used depending on the material and on customer requirements.
An overview of our service portfolio:
- Over 50 manual welding stations for TIG, MIG and MAG welding processes
- Gantry welding robots for MAG, MIG and CMT welding processes incl. 2 changing stations with rotary and tilting tables
- Orbital welding
- Automated stud welding with a maximum component size of 1,250 x 2,250 mm
- Resistance spot welding
- Laser welding
- Processing of steel, stainless steel and special materials in separate welding areas
- Qualified welders in accordance with DIN EN 9606 and DVS ZERT EN 1090-2 and DIN EN ISO 3834-3
- Welder qualification in accordance with ASME and CRN (Canadian and North American certification for pressure vessels)
